What it is
The same core one-off, brand-to-influencer agreement, extended for campaigns where a child features. It records the child's details, fixes who must hold the required State authority or licence before any recording, and sets the on-set hours, supervision and welfare rules. A parent or guardian signs a Child Talent Release, so consent is captured in writing rather than assumed. Built for NSW, QLD and VIC child-employment settings and flags the position for other States.
