One-off paid influencer post

Influencer Agreement

The essential one-off agreement for a paid influencer post. A brand pays a creator a fee for content and the right to use it. Plain English, sign and go.

Paid post + gifted products

Influencer Agreement (Fee + Gifts)

The one-off influencer agreement for when payment is a fee, gifted product, or both. Treats gifts as part of the deal so the content is never mistaken for free.

Agency acting as principal

Agency and Influencer Agreement

For when an agency engages the creator directly. The agency is the contracting party, pays the fee and gifts, and takes the usage rights it needs to service its brand client.

For when the brand is the contracting party but an agency signs and administers the deal on the brand's behalf. The agency acts as agent, not principal.

Ongoing ambassador relationship

Brand Ambassador Agreement

A fixed-term ambassador deal: monthly posts for monthly pay, with discount codes, affiliate commission and exclusivity built in. For ongoing partnerships, not one-offs.

One-off UGC assigned to brand

UGC Content Agreement (One-off)

For user-generated content the brand will own. The creator makes content and assigns it to the brand – no posting on the creator's channels required.

Ongoing UGC assigned to brand

UGC Content Agreement (Fixed Term)

For an ongoing UGC supply arrangement over a set period. Recurring content the brand owns – same ownership model as the one-off, built for a rolling relationship.

One signed page per attendee, and your event footage is safe to use in marketing. Fast to collect at the door or by digital link.

For when an influencer's agency signs the deal in its own name and stands behind the work. The agency supplies the influencer, and is responsible for delivery and payment.

A back-to-back agency deal: the brand's marketing agency contracts the creator's talent agency, both in their own names. The brand is named for tagging and usage, but is not a party.

For when the brand is the contracting party, its marketing agency signs as agent, and a talent agency supplies the creator. The agency acts as agent, not principal.

TGA-regulated product campaigns

Influencer Agreement (Therapeutic Goods)

The influencer agreement for advertising TGA-regulated products – medicines, devices, supplements, sunscreens and the like. Endorsement only, mandatory statements, and claims that match the ARTG.

Extend or expand content usage

Usage Rights Variation Letter

Extend or expand content usage after the deal is signed, for an agreed extra fee. One page, sign and go – everything else in the original agreement stays the same.

Campaigns where a child features

Influencer Agreement (Child Featured)

The one-off influencer agreement for campaigns where a child under 18 will feature in the content. Builds in the child-employment authorisations, parental consent and on-set protections each State requires.
