What it is
A short, single-purpose consent and release form for people who appear in event content. Each attendee signs to consent to being filmed and photographed and to the brand and creator using that content in marketing. It is deliberately brief — a form an attendee can read and sign in under a minute.

- Consideration and consent to capture: what the attendee receives, and consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded.
- Consent to use: use of the attendee’s name, image, likeness and voice in marketing.
