What it is
The same core agreement as the standard Influencer Agreement, adapted for campaigns where the influencer receives both a monetary fee and gifted products. It addresses the value of the gifted products, how they are treated for disclosure purposes, and whether the influencer keeps them at the end of the campaign.
What’s inside
- Part A — the brief: deliverables, platforms, post dates, content approval, fee and gifted products.
- Gifted product terms: description, value, ownership after the campaign and return obligations.
- Disclosure: the influencer’s obligation to disclose both the fee and the gifted products.
- Content rights and usage: who owns the content, usage period and boosting rights.
- Exclusivity, warranties and GST: same protections as the standard agreement.
How easy it is to use
- Fill in Part A with the brief, fee and gifted product details. Prompts guide each field.
- The gifting section is pre-built — just fill in the product description and value.
- Electronic signing supported; reuse for every gifting campaign.
Who this is for
- •Brands running campaigns where the influencer receives both a fee and product
- •Influencers receiving a combination of cash and gifted products
- •Agencies managing campaigns with mixed compensation structures
Problems it may help you avoid
- •Ambiguity over whether gifted products form part of the influencer’s compensation.
- •Disclosure failures where the influencer discloses the fee but not the gifted products.
- •Disputes over whether the influencer keeps the gifted products after the campaign.
- •Using the standard agreement for a mixed-compensation campaign and leaving gaps.
