What it is
The standard agreement between a brand and an influencer for a paid campaign. It sets out what content the influencer will create, when it will be posted, how much they will be paid, who owns the content and what the brand can do with it. It is the document most brands and influencers need for a straightforward paid campaign.
What’s inside
- Part A — the brief: deliverables, platforms, post dates, content approval and fee.
- Content rights and usage: who owns the content, how long the brand can use it, and whether the brand can boost it as paid media.
- Disclosure: the influencer’s obligation to disclose the commercial relationship in every post.
- Exclusivity: optional restrictions on working with competing brands during and after the campaign.
- Warranties and indemnities: the influencer’s promises about the content and what happens if something goes wrong.
- GST and invoicing: how the fee is structured and invoiced.
How easy it is to use
- Fill in Part A with the campaign brief — deliverables, dates, fee and platform. Prompts guide every field.
- Toggle optional clauses on or off in Part A — exclusivity, boosting rights, gifting.
- Electronic signing supported; reuse for every new campaign.
